There is no option to complete KYC online. 

Please follow these 6 steps, to complete your normal / in-person KYC and confirm to us.


Step1: Visit *any bank* (need not be SBM India and can be any bank which is recognised by RBI where you have an account).


Step2: Show your KYC docs (original PAN and original Aadhaar Card) 


Step3: Submit a self-attested photocopy of your PAN & MASKED AADHAAR CARD(Your KYC cannot be processed as ‘Normal / In-person KYC’ without Masked Aadhaar Card photocopy) 


Step4: Insist that your KYC must be updated as "Normal / In-person KYC” only and not as any other type of KYC. 


Step5: Request the bank staff to send an email acknowledgement containing your CKYC number, and stating that you have submitted Normal / in-person KYC 

Step6: You can then forward your bank's email confirmation to support@finin.in along with the following text -
"I hereby authorise you to retrieve my KYC records from the CKYC registry using the KYC Identifier and I shall not be required to submit the same KYC records or information or any other additional identification documents or details, if there is no change in any information from my existing records of CKYCR. Bank may verify my current address and can conduct any kind of due diligence it deems fit.
