It's sad that despite Finin sending multiple reminders to SBM India, the bank usually takes 90+ days to respond to account closure requests.
Finin assures you that we will continue to follow-up from our end until we have the bank's reply.
However, if you wish to directly escalate the issue to SBM, you may do so via any of these options:

3. Email your complaint to the bank's nodal officer at nodal.officer@sbmbank.co.in

5. Raise a concern with RBI directly
